Our 60-Day Return Promise
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit wasn’t perfect or you simply changed your mind, we’ll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging should be intact
• Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works just fine)

To start a return, just email us at support@emblemboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our friendly support team will walk you through it.

Fast, Reliable Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and we’ll send you a confirmation the moment it’s done.

Please note:

• Original shipping is always free—no restocking fees, no surprise charges
• Customers are responsible for shipping & customs costs for returns due to change of mind or exchange.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
